Roof Refurbishment, Pelham House Hotel

The elegant Grade II listed Pelham House Hotel is a 16th Century townhouse in Lewes, East Sussex. Once home to the Sheriff of Sussex, numerous MPs and more recently the home of East Sussex County Council prior to its transformation into a hotel, the building’s roof was beginning to show signs of failure and water ingress and required replacement.
