Key Challenges & Solutions
The survey showed the existing felt waterproofing had been repaired multiple times and was at the end of its serviceable life. The existing felt covering along with protective solar chippings were removed back to the original asphalt waterproof covering. A new Proteus Pro-Felt® Ultima Plus build-up roof was installed which included Proteus ProTherm insulation to meet the current Building Regulations for roof insulation. All the works were delivered to the highest standards by Proteus approved Contractor.
